class styles
Collective Strength classes are offered on Mondays (lower) and Thursdays (upper) and tailored to all fitness levels. Expect to train basic movement patterns with opportunities to build functional strength and muscle mass by challenging yourself with weight load, tempo, and proper technique using an assortment of tools such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, rings/trx, and more.
Strength & Conditioning days are Tuesdays and Fridays! Get the best of both worlds and challenge yourself to build and improve muscular strength, hypertrophy, and also aerobic endurance capabilities. Expect 20 minutes of strength movements followed by 15-20 minutes of conditioning components and biking to kick your heart rate up!
Collective Conditioning is offered on Wednesdays and pairs mostly cardio conditioning with strength exercises for a high energy training session. Expect bodyweight exercises, kettlebell, biking, and more in an uplifting and encouraging atmosphere.
Kettlebell Flow & Ride is an experimental specialty class for the lover of bikes and bells and bodyweight flow. This class involves learning basic + advanced kb movements that over time build into meditative kettlebell complexes as means to build strength, muscle, and mobility. 20 minutes of bells and 20 minutes of bikes— that’ll do it!
Collective Sweat is offered on Saturdays and involves a well rounded fitness circuit for the weekend warriors. Stations will vary but you can expect strength, conditioning, mobility, cardio, and more! Burn, build, and have fun doing it!
